The various games appeal very much to my son and thus offer an enjoyable opportunity of apprehending german vocabulary. Also it should be mentioned that the voice recordings that one can listen to while playing are excellent. They obviously had some native speakers work on that. Highly recommendable!
Kid friendly fun format - just feel price for full version is too high - I wont purchase it.
I have tried so many different German learning apps for kids. Ive downloaded the free ones as well as the ones that cost up to 4.99. So when I saw this when I really didnt want to pay 12.99, but since I didnt find any other ones and I really like the trial version I decided to go ahead and do it. I figured its much cheaper than getting Rosetta Stone! And I am so glad that I did! It is such a great app :-) the kids absolutely love it. And I feel like they are actually learning things and in a fun way not just information being pummeled into their heads. Definitely worth the investment!
Our grand daughter is 3 years old and is learning the names of animals and colors all on her own. She enjoys playing this game and studies for long periods of time. It holds her attention and she is using the German words with us. This is a great program.
My children and I have recently taken a trip to Germany. They didnt know how to speak German, but now, because of this app, they speak great German. Not only is this app educational, but fun!!! Best app ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
